"The decision to get a home of our own wasn’t easy and it took us a while to get there. But little did we realise that, tougher hurdles where waiting for us round the corner. And the biggest among them was getting the interiors done. We did quite a bit of research and shortlisted a few companies but none of them were impressive enough to persuade us to go beyond the initial discussions, That’s when I reached out to Nazia, of Urbane Designers and she gracefully obliged and before we knew it, we had a contract in our hands. The rates where attractive and the promises convincing and it did not take us a blink of the eye to sign the contract.
Soon after, we were flooded with mock-ups of the interiors and truth be told, we where blown away by how our thoughts and likings had been translated to tangible images, so to say. Urbane Designers were keen to understand our needs in terms of space utilization, colour choices and generally layout and they pretty much exceeded our expectations on all fronts.
After we moved in and shared pictures of our new home among friends several of them came back with the comment , “This looks seven star” and that was possible only due to relentless efforts by Urbane Designers to understand our requirements, to suggest the best options and to execute the entire project according to plan.

"When we decided to build our dream home I had no hesitation to approach Urbane Designs which I knew for a long time. We required a twin house/villa model modern home not only for us but for our cousin as well on adjacent plots. I had no idea how it would turn out to due to space crunch. Urbane accepted our challenge and came up with a well designed modern contemporary model which we were completely satisfied with. With elements like open space, spacious living room, cozy master bedroom and well equipped modern modular kitchen the long lovely, gratifying process of building our home started. I was really impressed with their 3D modelling where we had the preview of what's going to come which gave a lot of clarity especially for the interiors. Urbane's choice of floor tiles, bathroom tiles, wash area tiles was very impressive and aptly suited the overall theme. Their choice of UPVC windows for bedroom and living room made the home take its true beauty. And what made it to go next level was their choice of lightings for the living, dinning and breakfast counter. My heart goes out to team Urbane for giving us a truly premium modern home.
